Ingredients:
2 cl Happy Knight Crème de Cassis
8 cl orange juice
4 cl calvados apple brandy
1 cl lemon juice
Apple wedge
Black Currants, Blackberries or cherry for garnish
Procedure:
Stir cassis and orange juice with ice individually in separate mixing glasses. Pour into a tall glass in layers. Using a pair of tongs, carefully add more ice cubes. Top with calvados and then lemon juice. Garnish with apple or orange wedge and berries on the rim.
