Happy Knight Currantini

Ingredients:

• 2 oz of Happy Knight Black Currant wine
• 1 oz of vodka
• 1/2 a lime 
• Ice cubes

Preparation:

• Pour Black Currant wine, vodka and the juice of 1/2 a lime into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, then strain into a Martini glass

Makes 1 classic martini
